Department of War SBIR and STTR funding is topic-bound: a company can only propose against a published topic that matches its technology, inside that topic's open window. Below is every topic in the releases that are open or about to open, grouped by technology area as the release lists it, with the dates at the top of each release. Closed releases drop into the collapsed list at the bottom. The list is rebuilt from the official DSIP topic listing for each release; proposals are submitted in DSIP, and the full BAA or CSO plus the component instructions set the award ceilings, page limits and page-by-page requirements.
